Found “the one”? I’ll help you craft a strong, competitive offer, negotiate on your behalf, and ensure all terms protect your best interests.

Terms & Conditions

Once your offer is accepted: We will work on satisfying all the terms and conditions in the offer such as schedule a home inspection, when applicable a water, radon test, verify that property is insurable, obtain financing, etc. I’ll help coordinate paperwork, deadlines, and ensure a smooth process.

Final Walkthrough & Closing Day

Right before closing, well do one last walk through to make sure everything is in order and any agreed-upon repairs have been completed. This is the big day! You’ll sign the final documents, pay closing costs, and officially become a homeowner.
